We're a research lab that ships product. Half of our engineers have published at IEEE S&P, USENIX Security, or CRYPTO. The other half have shipped runtime security to a billion users. We pair those people deliberately — research informs product, product disciplines research.

We pay 75th percentile cash, 90th percentile equity, and we use a transparent leveling rubric with publicly-posted bands. We don't negotiate with one candidate harder than another. We don't cap parental leave. We don't monitor your hours. We do measure outcomes — clearly, publicly, and quarterly.
